Consultations are a maximum of 10-minute appointment slots per patient.

 

If you have more than one medical issue to discuss with your doctor, please mention this at the time of booking so that we can allocate enough time for your appointment. Otherwise please make a new appointment at reception to return on an alternative date to discuss your additional medical issues.

 

If you have any forms or any other paperwork to be completed by the doctor, please leave this at reception. We would like to keep consultation time for medical issues only.

Please be aware that during the Pandemic our phone lines, at times, can be busy.  We ask that you try to call back later and we thank you for your patience at this time.  All consultations are by appointment only. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we are offering telephone consultations to manage most conditions however your doctor will arrange a face-to-face review if they feel it is required. We also use a secure medical video platform called Doxy.me- the doctor may offer you this option also if needed.

Plan Ahead​​

  • The team at Salus Medical Clinic may ask you some questions to try to assist in the appropriate management of your request. Please be assured that all our staff follow strict confidentiality procedures at all times

  • Please notify us at the time of booking if you need a specific service, e.g. vaccination, bloodwork, maternity, etc. - again this will help us assign you the most suitable appointment

  • Please arrive on time

  • Please follow all public health guidelines

  • You must wear a mask when entering the building (as required by law) and follow the clinic protocols and HSE guidelines

  • If you're unable to attend your appointment time we'd be grateful if you can let us know as soon as possible. Our clinic can frequently be under pressure with limited availability.  Letting us know in advance allows us to offer this time slot to another patient

  • Whilst our appointments are conducted on the first floor we have disabled and pushchair access by means of a lift.
